Mission: to promote democratic ideals and support local, state, and national candidates who represent democratic values 

  

Our meetings are the second Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the St. Charles Justice Center (1781 Zumbehl at the corner of Hawksnest/Graystone) in St. Charles.  The SCDA is open to all democrats, regardless of where you live.  To contact us between meetings please call President B. Our mailing address is 223 Salt Lick Road, Box 329 Saint Peters, MO 63376-5400 and dues is $20 per year for an individual or $30 per year for a family. Dues are payable in January of every year.

 

The SCDA is an action-oriented energetic group and we are very excited to have you join our efforts.  Here is a list of our committees:

Fundrasing - year round efforts to ensure that our candidates are adequately funded.

Communications - Producing electronic news on the www.stcdems.org website, and daily electronic news updates as well as coordinating publicity for SCDA events and issues.

Special Events / Visibility - Rallies, festival, parades and civic / charitable work. 

Election Integrity - Research and educate the public on election issues to ensure fairness and accessibility for all.

Legislative Alerts - Prioritize and distribute information about legislation and issues and initiate action when necessary.

Membership / Diversity - Recruit Alliance members and increase diversity of membership.

Candidate Recruitment - Recruit candidates for elected offices, provide support and training information for candidates
